The footage shows a student walking in the street toward a vehicle driven by another young person. As the car moves forward, the individual appears to make contact with the front of the vehicle and then falls to the ground. In the video, the protester is seen approaching the car rather than being struck unexpectedly from behind or the side.
Following the incident, the protester claimed she was “run over” by the vehicle. However, this newly surfaced angle has prompted debate online, as it appears to show the individual stepping into the vehicle’s path moments before the collision.
Authorities have not released an official determination regarding fault or intent, and it remains unclear whether any charges will be filed. Police are expected to review all available footage and witness statements before reaching conclusions.
