Video circulating online shows a man using a cane stepping into the path of a moving ICE vehicle and appearing to stage a collision. Moments later, he gets back to his feet and strikes the vehicle’s window, shattering it.
The footage continues as multiple LAPD officers quickly converge, restraining and handcuffing the man within seconds. Authorities have not released the individual’s identity, and his face is blurred in the video due to the sensitive nature of the alleged offense.
Officials have not yet confirmed potential charges, but the incident appears to involve damage to a federal vehicle and an assault on federal agents, both serious offenses. No additional injuries were reported in the clip.
