Video from Phoenixville, Pennsylvania shows an ICE enforcement operation turning physical after a suspect refused to exit a vehicle, forcing agents to intervene.
In the footage, ICE agents surround the car and issue commands for the suspect to get out. When the individual continues to resist, agents open the door and physically pull him from the vehicle in order to place him into custody.
The suspect can be seen struggling as agents work together to gain control and complete the arrest. The situation draws attention from bystanders as the operation unfolds in public view.
