Video from outside the Minnesota Hilton Graduate Hotel shows a tense escalation during a NOISE Anti-ICE protest after law enforcement declared the gathering an unlawful assembly.
In the footage, officers can be seen moving toward the crowd and issuing commands as protesters remain in the area despite the declaration. Moments later, police rush forward, tackling and detaining multiple individuals while others attempt to pull away or retreat from the scene.
